Vinyl Shake Siding, PVC Trim and Custom Soffit Work for a Local Golf Course

This one was a lot of fun to be part of. We were brought in to handle the full exterior finishing package for a favourite local golf course - and when a client like that trusts you with their new build, you want to make sure every detail is done right.

We installed vinyl shake siding across the entire building. Shake siding gives a commercial build a sharp, textured look without the maintenance headaches that come with real wood. It holds up well, it looks clean, and it ages gracefully - which matters a lot for a high-traffic property that needs to look good year after year.

The PVC trim work ties everything together. Where a lot of builds cut corners on trim, we kept the lines tight and consistent all the way around. Combined with the custom fascia, the roofline transitions look intentional and finished rather than just functional.

The soffit work is where things get really satisfying. That deep, rich brown soffit under the covered entry area - paired with the stone pillar and white fascia - gives the entrance a warm, upscale feel. It is the kind of detail that people notice without knowing exactly why the building looks so polished.
