Stone Siding and Soffit Work on a New Build

On new builds, the finishing work is where everything either comes together or falls apart. Siding, soffit, fascia, stone accents - none of it is complicated on its own, but getting it all to look sharp and hold up long-term takes real attention to detail. That's exactly what this job was about.

We were brought in to handle the exterior finishing on this new build. That included the vinyl siding, soffit and fascia work, and the stone siding around the garage base and front entry pillars. The mix of materials here - white vinyl, dark fascia trim, and the grey stacked stone - had to all line up cleanly or the whole look would fall flat.

The stone work on those front entry pillars is a good example of what we mean by details making the difference. Each piece gets cut to fit, and that cutting process kicks up a serious amount of dust - you can see that firsthand. It's hands-on, precise work. Rushing it shows. We don't rush it.

With soffit and fascia, proper installation matters more than most people realize. Done right, it keeps moisture out and gives the roofline a clean, finished look that lasts. Done wrong, you're dealing with water damage and callbacks down the road. We'd rather do it once and do it right.
